Service Description

The Yoga Synergy style of Yoga, is traditional Hatha Yoga with an understanding from exercise based physiotherapy. This unique style of yoga is very fluid and dynamic and has been developed in Sydney since the 1980's by Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss. Blending Yoga Synergy, Yin, and Iyengar. Discovering the teaching of Synergy Yoga has been a revelation, enhancing my understanding and helping me connect the dots. Integrating this approach with 15 years of Iyengar practice and 4 years of teaching Yin Yoga feels like a true gift. I am honored to share this with you. Cancellation Policy

Group Yoga Class Policy 1. Pre-registration: Participants are encouraged to pre-register for classes to secure their spot, as space may be limited. Pre-registration can be done online or in-person at the studio. 2. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This allows time for check-in and settling in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started. 3. Attire: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice. Shoes should be removed before entering the practice area. 4. Respect: Please respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a quiet and focused environment during class. Phones should be silenced or turned off. 5. Health & Safety: Inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the class starts. Participation is at your own risk, and it's important to listen to your body and practice within your limits. 6. Cancellation Policy Class Cancellations by Participants: 24-Hour Notice: Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel their class registration. Cancellations made within this period will allow for a full refund or class credit. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If a participant cancels less than 24 hours before the class or does not show up, the class fee may be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. Class Cancellations by A Wish Link: Instructor Illness or Emergency: In the event of an instructor's illness or an emergency, the studio will notify participants as soon as possible. A substitute instructor may be provided, or the class may be rescheduled. Insufficient Enrollment: Classes may be canceled if there is insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified at least 2 hours before the class, and a full refund or class credit will be provided. Weather or Other Emergencies: In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the studio reserves the right to cancel classes. Participants will be notified, and refunds or class credits will be issued. 7. Refunds or class credits will be issued for cancellations made by the studio or in accordance with the 24-hour cancellation notice provided by participants. 8 Notifications: Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date A Wish Link to ensure they receive any necessary notifications 9. We welcome feedback and suggestions from participants. Please feel free to share your thoughts with the instructor or studio management.
